Disappointing Malawi at BlackBerry dispatcher service

BlackBerry users in Malawi because they are very disappointed with the worsening internet service on their device.

Users have complained of interference to the internet and are often unable to use the FUEL, a service that offers free alternative to text messaging and main selling point for the popular BlackBerry Instant Messaging.

Airtel pioneered the provision of the services of BlackBerry in Malawi when used to be called Zain.

The user is not satisfied the phone say they have further decimated since the coming in of the mobile phone company, to offer the services have TNM does not help with the selection due to worse on a new platform.

Commercial Director, Charles TNM Kamoto, say they have adequate infrastructure to provide a better service BlackBerry in Malawi.
